Seniors Mrs. Nashberry's Government classes held a mock trial today that they have spent the past two weeks preparing for. They played roles such as the prosecution, defense, jurors, and bailiffs/deputies. They learned the proper procedures for these roles while conducting a trial about a "murder." Other students and staff played roles as witnesses to the crime. All did a great job sticking to their roles!

Cobden High School is hosting a vaping education night for parents/guardians on THIS TUESDAY November 16th from 5:00-7:00pm in the high school library. Pizza will be provided. This event is meant for parents/guardians only to learn about the latest trends relating to drug and alcohol use. Students will attend a separate assembly during the school day on either November 16 or 17 to learn about the dangers of vaping and drug use.
