Foods II students are working on making 2 meals from one chicken. They made home made chicken stock and home made egg noodles for chicken and noodle soup this week. The remaining chicken will be frozen and saved for a casserole.

This morning members of the Cobden Youth & Community Advocates club (CYCA) helped the Laborers' Local 773 with the Pandemic Relief Food Distribution at the downtown park in Cobden. Approximately 35 pounds of fresh produce, meat, and dairy from Cusumano's & Sons were loaded per vehicle.

Co Op student, Luis Villalva job shadowed at Mack Trucking in Carbondale. Luis will be training with Mack upon graduation and will then be hired on full time. Luis has an outstanding work ethic and has shined in the Co Op program.
Late picture packet order forms may be turned in to the office tomorrow. The photographer will be by Monday morning to pick them up.

The event will last as long as supplies last. Approximately 35lbs of fresh produce, meat, and dairy from Cusumano's & Sons will be loaded per vehicle. Please remain in vehicles at all times.
