The second graders had a blast on their annual hiking field trip today! They tackled the 2.5-mile Quetil Trail in Alto Pass before enjoying a fun afternoon at the park. A big thanks to Duty’s Country Store for a tasty lunch and Flamm’s Orchard for fresh strawberries.

Spring Sing this Friday at 12:30!

This week: Coin Wars & Spirit Week
Next week: Book Fair

Coin Wars begins on Monday. Dress up for Tourist Day. Bring pennies! We are raising money for new books for our library.

The Pre-K children are at the highest level of play. Cooperative play is play with a purpose. The children had a clear goal in mind on how to run a successful donut shop with ease. They assigned jobs so they could work together to make their customers happy. The cashier tells the baker what type of donut and how many. Plus they always serve the customer with a smile. 😃

2nd grade has been working on learning to tell time. Mrs. Rumfelt’s class made clocks out of cubes and post it notes to have some telling time fun!

We enjoyed welcoming our incoming Kindergarteners for the 24/25 school year today! They officially signed to be Appleknockers! ❤️🍎❤️

Mrs. Flamm’s 5th grade completed an experiment to find which baking agent made the fluffiest pancakes. They then described what properties of that baking agent caused the pancakes to be fluffy.

Let your student know that they're CRUSHING IT! Send them a sweet treat!
Elementary can order through the office or contact Ms. Duty
