Attention Families- The State of Illinois requires certain Health Records by Grade Level- Kindergarten, 2nd, 6th, 9th, and 12th. Also requirements for new students from out of state, students transferring from other Illinois schools, and sports physicals. Nurse Erin has sent home reminders with students who need some of these documents for their medical file. The deadline for these documents is October 15th. If your student is not compliant with Illinois School Code mandates for these health documents, the student will NOT be allowed to attend school after October 14th of the current year until the items are received by the school. Head Start- We have been busy this week learning about baking for the letter B. We have our Pancake Cafe open for business! We also have prompts in our writing area for the book we have been reading, If You Give a Moose a Muffin. Today we had delicious homemade pancakes and learned about measurements and cooking safety.
