Mrs. Wiltowski received her certificate for being recognized as the Shawnee Region Elementary School Principal of the Year from the Illinois Principals Association. Nominated by her staff, she is celebrated for consistently going above and beyond for both staff and students. As a principal, she leads by example, always prioritizing the well-being of everyone in the school community. Mrs. Wiltowski ensures that everyone feels heard, valued, and supported in meeting their needs. Her approachable nature fosters open communication, and she encourages innovation in teaching. Under her leadership, the school thrives as a dynamic learning environment that stays aligned with current trends in education.
School will be in session tomorrow, Monday, January 13th. Buses will run their normal routes, with the exception of Winstead Road. Please make alternative transportation arrangements if this affects your family.
Breakfast tomorrow is tentatively cereal, fruit juice, and milk, and lunch will be Bosco sticks with marinara, green beans, fruit, and milk.

What an incredible morning we had at our annual K-5th Elementary Christmas Music Program! Our talented students filled the room with holiday cheer, singing their hearts out and spreading joy to everyone in attendance. 🌟❤️

Snow much fun! The kids explored the snow today, learning about the unique structure of snowflakes. A couple of students even saw snow for the first time! They only stayed outside for a couple of minutes.
3rd-5th Grade Lunch- The also enjoyed hand-breaded chicken tenders, broccoli and cauliflower, roll, and fruit.

These beautiful snowmen, handcrafted by a talented community member, each come with a hat, gloves, and a scarf. Today, we held a random drawing, and these lucky students were our winners!
