Cobden Elementary School will be hosting its Kindergarten Screening on Friday, April 29, 2022
Please call Cobden Elementary at 618-893-2311 for anappointment to have your child screened.
To be eligible for a screening your child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2022 and live in the Cobden Unit School District #17
Please bring the following with you to the screening.
Proof of Parent/Guardian’s residency in Cobden School District #17
(Tax Bill, Utility Bill, Property Deed, Lease, etc..)
Childs Certified Birth Certificate
Childs Current Immunization Record
