Dental Safari: Scheduled to come December 2nd, 2021. If that day fills up they will be here on December 3rd, 2021 as well. Please keep in mind that Dental exams are required for Kindergarten, 2nd grade, 6th grade, and 9th grade and MUST be turned in before May 15th, 2022. However, this service is available to all Pre-Kindergarten to 12th grade students, as well as Head Start kids! If you are interested and have questions, please reach out either by phone or email. There is an online form you can fill out, however I will be sending home a hard copy with each student. If you do not receive a paper copy and wish to do that rather than sign up online, it is available to print off here as well, make sure it is returned ASAP to get your child on the list. Thank you!
