Cobden Unit School District is a wonderfully diverse school community with a staff of highly qualified professional educators and support personnel that is committed to providing our students many opportunities both inside and outside of the classroom. We are one of only 200 schools nationwide to be recognized as a model PLC school. Our motto is to work collaboratively to provide the highest levels of learning for all students and we are very proud to say, we accomplish this on a daily basis.

Cobden Dist. 17 is a forward thinking school recognizing the importance of technology in education. In addition to Promethean boards in every classroom, access to 3D printers, iPads and various other pieces of technology, we are also a Google Apps for Education school where every high school student is issued a chromebook. Our dedicated faculty and staff utilize the chromebooks and Google Classroom regularly to provide their students with a rich, standards based, meaningful curriculum.
