Bio

    Hello, my name is Emily Boie and I am the Elementary Physical Education Teacher and a Driver's Ed Instructor at Cobden Unit #17. I graduated from Cobden High School in 2001 (APPLEKNOCKER PRIDE!), graduated from SIUC in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, and I have been teaching since 2008. I was honored to be awarded a P.E. Champion in 2018. I currently coach Junior High Track and High School Cross Country. I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and cats, and my hobbies include running, kayaking, concerts and yoga.
