Cobden Unit School Dist. 17 serves the communities of Cobden and Alto pass, Illinois.  This beautiful area of Southern Illinois hills, forests and farms is known for its Apple and Peach Orchards.  Our school has students from Kindergarten to Grade 12.  Recently the school has undergone a great change as the old High School has been demolished and a new school built in its place.  New pictures will come soon.
